There are openings in the 9-13 that are all of the Edinburgh family. Therefore they are all named Edinburgh initially with some additions during the 2-move and/or 3-move era. One can see a fine example out of it example of them in Basic Checkers where Richard Fortman grouped the openings.

9-13 forms the openings of the Edinburgh Family.

9-13, 22-18, 6-9 forms the Dreaded Edinburgh.

9-13, 22-18, 10-14 forms The Inferno initially barred but after years of analysis did enter the 3-move deck in 2003 as it is believed to be drawable.

9-13, 22-18, 10-15 forms The Henderson.

9-13, 22-18, 11-15 forms Edinburgh Single.

9-13, 22-18, 11-16 forms The Wilderness initially barred but after years of analysis did enter the 3-move deck in 2003 as it is believed to be drawable.

9-13, 23-18, 11-16 forms The Wilderness II initially barred but after years of analysis did enter the 3-move deck in 2003 as it is believed to be drawable.

9-13, 23-19, 10-15 forms The Garter Snake initially barred but after years of analysis did enter the 3-move deck in 2003 as it is believed to be drawable.

9-13, 24-20, 11-16 forms The Twilight Zone so named by Dennis Cayton in the Star Wars Postal Tournament. It was initially barred but after years of analysis did enter the 3-move deck in 2003 as it is believed to be drawable.

It is rather difficult to find the origins of the “newer” named openings. Most books do not mention the origins of the former barred openings if they even have them at all. If you do have the original source on missing name origins please let me know.
